Ihr Lieben, gerne denken wir an den wunderschönen Aufenthalt auf der Angelito zurück. Wir haben viel gesehen, sehr viele Zusammenhänge erkannt und die Erlebnisse über und unter Wasser waren beeindruckend für uns. We very much appreciated the consideration that went into everything and it felt that the entire crew, as well as the planning office, runs this cruise with a love for details. wir sind nun seit 1 Woche zurück in Deutschland und müssen wieder arbeiten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Tour durch Ecuador und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Wir möchten aber nicht versäumen, uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal für das unvergessliche Erlebnis und die wunderschönen Tage sowie schaukeligen Nächte an Bord der Angelito zu bedanken. Ihr habt durch Eure super Organisation und die tolle Reisebegleitung- und Leitung die Woche auf den Galapagos für uns zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis werden lassen. Date of Trip: 19-26 August 2018 Overall trip rating: Excellent Overall trip comments: Fantastic trip from start to finish…. Trip exceeded expectations - saw so many more animals than anticipated. Very lucky to see orcas and humpbacks and the abundance of other animals. Only regret is not being able to see golden rays in the lagoon, but I saw an octopus while snorkeling, so we saw unexpected wildlife. The Angelito was very comfortable. I liked that the cabins were on the main deck and not below and that each cabin had a private bathroom with hot showers! Guide Rating: Excellent Efrain was our Galapagos guide, who was very friendly and made every effort to find us the wildlife that was present on each island… Special Moments: We had a wonderful, interesting group of 12 people, besides us - 6 Germans, 3 Swiss, 2 Brits and 1 Chinese (who grew up in Germany and was now working in UK). We all got along very well together and learned a lot from each other (one of the German couples had been traveling for 7 years!!). The crew was excellent and Mayra, who waited on us st meals and cleaned the cabins, did a wonderful job and made us all feel special. I loved her towel arrangements in the cabins, especially on our anniversary. Every island was special in its own way. My favorite was Genovesa/Tower and the reason for my return trip to the Galapagos. Our snorkeling around Genovesa was cut short when were told to get back into the pangas to follow an orca, who turned out to be chasing a humpback whale and her baby! We followed and got very close to them and eventually the orca gave up - we’d saved the baby! Definitely the highlight of the trip (and getting sprayed by the mother’s blowhole - yuck!). Snorkeling was fantastic, the sea lions were like puppies, coming up to us and sniffing us! We had a pelican on the back of our boat one evening, fishing. The next night, 3 sea lions were resting there. And these are just some instances among many others. A lifetime experience!
Bin wieder zurück auf dem Festland nach einer tollen Woche an Bord der Yacht ANGELITO Das Reise-Tagebuch ist dick von vielen schönen Einträgen und viele Fotos hab ich von den Inseln mitgenommen, wobei die "besten Fotos" noch immer die sind, die in meine Erinnerung eingebrannt wurden. Auf manchen Inseln bekam ich einen Eindruck, wie wohl die Welt ausgesehen haben muss bevor der Mensch den Planeten betrat. ... eure Zuverlässigkeit habe ich ausserordentlich genossen! After hearing only positive comments about the Angelito, we decided to book a one week cruise in November aboard the Angelito. We could not have been happier with our selection. The boat is very well maintained, the crew of 7 plus the guide were friendly and professional and the food was excellent.
This was an amazing trip. Maya was our naturalist and she had such a heart for teaching and preserving the ecosystem, it is amazing. The rest of the staff treated us like royalty: the food was fresh and local and often included a yummy soup and always a freshly made dessert as well as a hearty and health main dish. The highlight was spending so much time on so many islands learning. Our day consisted of breakfast, a morning hike, a beautiful snorkel, lunch, a hike, a nap or games, dinner, an overview of the next day and early to bed. I wouldn't change a thing. The crew and Maya were very personable, as were the other travelers. We had a wonderful time and will consider doing the second itinerary in the future. I wish my bed was still rocking at night, like onboard. However, I do find myself swaying at the kitchen sink oddly enough, as I look out at the beach! I absolutely enjoyed the cruise, the hikes, and the snorkeling. The guide Rocio is an inspiration to me. The Angelito and her crew are wonderful, and whenever I get down, I will think of what a unique time I had on board! I researched our Galapagos trip extensively before I decided to use the yacht Angelito and I was thrilled with that choice. The staff was responsive and professional. They carefully organized all vouchers and tickets before the trip began. The cruise itself was unforgettable. The crew of Angelito I. was caring and professional. The way the days are organized was ideal, with plenty of activity as well as time for rest to escape the hottest part of the day. The food was excellent with attention given to both dietary preferences and allergies. The yacht and our cabin were comfortable. The standout was our guide, Rocio. We appreciated her extensive knowledge of the Galapagos, her kindness, her passion for nature, and that she still demonstrated a true love to imparting her knowledge and sharing her passion even after many years as a guide. Dear Angelitos, What a lovely way to start the week! THANK YOU to you and all the team for the wonderful care you took of our guests as always! … Our week spent in the Galapagos was beyond expectations! The Angelito is a lovely boat and ALL the staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, but yet completely unobtrusive. We cannot praise the whole experience highly enough. Their attention to detail is amazing. They made the whole holiday unforgettable. The food is fantastical and the snacks available on return to the boat are just great, and very welcome, along with the lovely warm soft towel after snorkeling. Rocio, our naturalist, was great, and so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She must have seen so much but made it seem as though it was the first time she had seen whatever she was showing us. Her explanations were clear, she answered all questions and gave great recaps and presentations in the evenings. The days were full. We had little spare time but did not feel rushed. The pace felt relaxed, but we packed a lot into the day. We couldn’t fault any aspect of this holiday, and would readily recommend to others, in fact, we already have! The guide, Maia, made the trip so easy and interesting. We really appreciated her patience and ability to switch seamlessly between English and German.

I just wanted to say we were thrilled with our cruise aboard the Angelito and are still talking about it every day. The cabins were clean and comfortable, and of course, the wildlife we saw was very exciting. But what I really wanted to say was that the guide and crew of the yacht really made the trip wonderful for us. Rocio, our guide, was kind and knowledgeable and did much more than she needed to make sure we got everything we could out of our nature walks and boat rides. She passed so much information on to us, during the excursions but also on the yacht before and after our activities. She made presentations for us to watch about the things we were going to see, and even came upon the sundeck one night after dinner and taught us about the constellations! She was patient and friendly and just a lovely person. The crew of the Angelito was also wonderful. Our host, Angel, was very hard-working and made sure everything was done well for us, from keeping the dining room running well to providing so many delicious snacks and drinks for us every time we came back to the boat from an excursion. I'm sure he was also doing many tasks in the background that I don't even know about it to make our trip enjoyable. The chef and his assistant made delicious food and were so good about taking care of everyone's different food requirements (also we enjoyed hearing his assistant sing as he worked in the galley!) The sailors of the Zodiacs were always friendly and helpful and are obviously extremely skilled at their jobs. And of course, the Capitan kept everything running smoothly and always had a smile on his face. He also took some videos of an encounter we had with a whale and a pod of dolphins that was absolutely thrilling for everyone. Bonjour, Me voici en effet de nouveau dans mon sud natal après une visite aux Galapagos qui s'est parfaitement déroulée: météo superbe et mer sans mauvaise surprise. j"ai adoré le look extérieur un tantinet rétro du bateau et apprécié l'aménagement intérieur confortable et tout a fait adapté à la taille du groupe: cabine de taille honorable , salle de bain avec eau chaude en permanence ,Propreté et service : rien à redire. Alimentation abondante et variée. Equipage à l'écoute. Notre guide naturaliste a mis tout son coeur pour nous faire partager ses connaissances et son enthousiasme pour ces îles: excursions variées, snorkelling, vidéos et diaporamas Merci et continuez d'organiser de beaux voyages! Hallo liebes Angelito Team Wir sind im Hotel in Guayaquil und immer noch am Träumen und Verarbeiten von all diesen wunderbaren Eindrücken und Erlebnissen auf der Angelito. Es war einfach perfekt, die Yacht, die ganze Crew, die Ausflüge, die vielen Tiere die wir sehen konnten, das super Essen. Alles der Hammer!! Schreiben gerade auch noch unsere Erfahrungen auf Trip Advisor, damit dieser doofe Trinkgeld Eintrag etwas relativiert wird. Wirklich super was ihr da schon seit Jahren konstant gut macht. Ich hoffe ihr zieht dies so weiter!! Vielen Dank und nochmals ein riesen Lob an die ganze Crew, es war eine der schönsten Wochen in unserem Leben! Hard to believe it's around 2 weeks since I left the Galápagos Islands and the Angelito. Thanks again for a fantastic week I was very sad to leave which I guess is a measure of how much I enjoyed it. I thought the attention to every detail and your and the crew's effort to ensure everyone had a great trip was exceptional- not to mention the whole thing had a kind of family feel to it. Hope to see you all again and perhaps do the Eastern islands Thanks again!

Well, what an experience! Everything about the holiday was fantabulous the boat, the crew, the cuisine and to cap it all the experience of being privileged to meet some of the world´s most exotic creatures: sharks, boobies, iguanas, sea lions and reptiles including tortoises and turtles. The organization was also super!
